How long will it take to receive my order?

My goal is to ship your order to you within a week of when you placed it, regardless of which shipping option you chose at checkout.

I am, however, just one person, and if I get an unexpectedly high volume of orders I do ask for your patience if I end up taking a little bit longer!

Orders placed in Sweden will generally take between 1 - 5 business days to arrive once shipped, while international order may take anywhere between 2 - 12 weeks.

 

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Please get in touch if your order arrives broken or damaged so that I can sort out a replacement for you. You can contact me at sleepimali@gmail.com.

 

If you wish to return your purchase, this must be communicated to sleepimali@gmail.com within 14 days of the goods being delivered. You then have a 14 day window to return the items after communicating your intent to do so. Please provide your order number and relevant receipts.

Please note that you will need to bear the cost of shipping the items back to me, and that all items must be in the same conditions as you received them, in unopened packaging, or a refund can not be given.

 

Please also note that no refunds can be given for digital items or custom-made items.

How do you handle pre-orders?

I hold the entire shipment until all items are available to be shipped. If you would like me to ship your pre-ordered items separately, please order the items you want shipped right away separately.

 

Do you accept international orders?

Yes I do! 

Unfortunately I cannot ship to the UK at the moment though, due to post Brexit long distance selling VAT regulations. But I am working on getting it sorted out!

 

Will I be charged Sales Tax or VAT?

I have set my taxes to be included in the price automatically, but as a general rule:
If you are located within the EU, you are paying Sales Tax at the time of purchase.

If you are located within the United Kingdom, you are paying VAT at the time of purchase.

If you are located outside of the European Union, you may have to pay VAT at the time of importation, as determined by your local customs authority.

By placing an order on this store, you agree that you are responsible for these charges.

 

Do I have to pay duty or import charges?

All orders placed by customers outside the EU may have to pay additional fees when your order is imported into your country. This is the responsibility of you, the customer, not the artist and seller.

The one exception is the US. If you're based in the US you will need to pay recently introduced tariffs upfront, and I will then forward them to my carrier at the time of creating the shipping label. This will prevent you from having to pay an expensive fee upon your package entering the US.

 

How do you determine shipping charges?

I charge a flat fee for standard shipping, and you can opt for a higher fee for tracked shipping if you'd like! This was the most feasible compromise I could work out with current limitations within the systems I work with, especially given that shipping prices have risen drastically in recent years.

I am also offering free tracked shipping on any order over 70 EUR.

Please note that international shipments may incur customs charges from your home country, I am not responsible for the payment of these charges unless otherwise stated.

 

Do you take commissions?

At the moment I do not accept new commissions. But if you'd like to be notified if I plan to open them again, you can email me at sleepimali@gmail.com and ask to be added to my waitlist.

However, with that said I am not sure I actually will open commissions again at all. So if you have anything time sensitive, I do not suggest waiting for me. Please also be aware that I do not take on all commission projects and only take on work I think will be a good fit for me. If you don't mind these things, I'll happily add you to the waitlist!
